District Meeting Thursday 13th
The district VOA meeting is coming up Thursday the 13th at Singing Bird Lodge. The topic is backpacking and we will have an expert from active endeavors there to talk. If you are planning on doing a high adventure trip this summer it would be a very worthwhile thing to attend.

February VOA Meeting
This is a reminder that February’s Venturing forum is this Thursday, Feb 13th at 7:00 pm at Singing Bird Lodge.
The discussion will address changes in the Venturing program coming this year and an explanation of the new “advancement” program.
I encourage you all to attend, hopefully I can help to make the program a little more understandable.

IMPORTANT District Meeting now at Singing Bird
Change of plans, the tubing hill at snowstar is CLOSED. The meeting is now happening AT SINGING BIRD LODGE. Normal time (6pm). Sorry for the late notice, we only just found out.

January VOA Meeting
It looks as though we will actually be able to have our annual January Forum trip to Snowstar this year.
The topic of the forum, per youth request, is winter sports activities and we will head to Snowstar to go tubing.
Cost is $13 for 2 hours of tubing.
I encourage you to invite all your youth to join us, Thursday, January 9th at 6:00pm at Snowstar.
Please reply to this e-mail with your crews participation so we have an estimate of how many will be attending.
You can still participate in the Snow sports program and complete the winter sports elective for Ranger.
